If an event is canceled the ticket holder will be offered a full refund. Agfast distributes ticket revenue to the event organizer on a weekly basis. The event organizer is responsible for paying the customer back a full refund. On occasions, the event organizer may have to postpone an event and in this case, the ticket will be automatically moved to the new date. If this does not suit the customer they are to notify the event organizer to receive a refund. Agfast will refund any profits they have received from ticket sales for an event to the event organizer if the event has to be canceled.
